Farm notes and spray records in your pocket
Replace the paper notebook and scattered messages. Agro Notes keeps every job, treatment and observation in one place, organized by field. Your spray records stay up to date and are ready to export whenever a buyer, an advisor or an inspector asks for them.
What you can do with Agro Notes
Field notes
Record field work, sowing, fertilizing, irrigation, harvests, crop damage and scouting observations. Add photos and see the full history of every field.
Spray records
Log every crop protection treatment: product, rate, crop, growth stage, target and weather. Agro Notes works out how much product you need and exports the record to PDF or CSV.
Field map
Draw your field boundaries on the map and get the area calculated for you. Download the map to your phone to use it without signal.
Tasks and team
Invite family, employees or contractors to your farm, assign tasks with due dates and mention people in notes so they get a notification.
Field and season summaries
See treatments, products used, nutrients applied (N, P, K), irrigation water and yields for one field, a crop or the whole farm in a chosen period.
Works offline
Add notes and treatments in the field with no signal. Everything syncs automatically when your phone is back online.
Spray records without the paperwork
In many countries, professional users of plant protection products must keep a record of every application. In the European Union, for example, records must be kept for at least three years. In Agro Notes you record a treatment for one or more fields: product name, registration number, rate, treated area, crop with its EPPO code, BBCH growth stage, reason for the treatment and weather conditions. Export the record as a PDF or CSV and keep a copy wherever you need it.
